Integration Management Specialist
Job Summary
The Integration Management Specialist will play a key role in assisting with and increasingly automating SI processes, collaborating closely with data analysts, developers, database administrators, quality assurance analysts, and clients to ensure seamless integration experiences. A key aspect of this role involves understanding and working with API documentation and tools.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a helpful and reliable point of contact for integrating clients regarding technical integration matters.
- Participate in and support client meetings, including kick-offs, system walkthroughs, and coordination sessions, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Collaborate effectively with internal IT, Business, and Compliance teams to facilitate the timely and successful delivery of integration solutions aligned with client needs.
- Actively seek opportunities to improve and automate existing integration processes and workflows.
- Clearly communicate the status of integration projects, including progress updates and any potential challenges, to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare clear and concise reports on client integration status for various stakeholders.
- Assist in tracking and resolving client technical requests or escalated issues during and after integration.
- Continuously learn and develop expertise in our systems, integration methods, and relevant technologies.
- Perform other related functions as assigned to support business needs and your professional growth.
- Contribute to the onboarding of new team members by providing an overview of the team’s function, structure, and place within the organization.
JOB COMPETENCIES/SPECIFICATIONS:
- API Familiarity: Foundational understanding of API concepts (REST, JSON, etc.) and the ability to read and interpret API documentation.
- API Tools Exposure: Some hands-on exposure to API tools like Postman for understanding, testing, or troubleshooting API functionality is required.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts related to system integration, system setup, and testing, and communicate them effectively.
- Client Interaction: Experience or demonstrated aptitude for interacting professionally with clients or external partners in a technical context.
- Problem-Solving & Initiative: An intuitive approach to identifying potential issues and a proactive mindset towards learning and finding solutions. Keen interest in process improvement and automation.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, pay attention to detail, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent listening and comprehension abilities, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit and willingness to work effectively within a team and across departments.
- Industry Knowledge (Bonus): Familiarity with online casino systems or similar transactional platforms is an advantage but not required.
- Educational Background: Holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) OR possesses equivalent practical experience demonstrating the required skills and aptitude. We value potential and a willingness to learn.
