Business Analyst

Job Summary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Analyst:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate them into detailed system requirements.
• Work closely with the technology teams in assisting and guiding resolutions to directly address business and systems requirements.
• Liaise between the end users and the project to implement change management across all phases of the engagement.
• Create, Assist, Update and Provide Technology documentation required as part of the systems delivery.
• Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders.

As a Subject Matter Expert:

• Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
• Improve training and operational procedures within a business to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business.
• Create and present reports to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations.
• Categorize and prioritize requests to ensure the adverse impact  to systems operation is minimize and result in a satisfactory service delivery.
• Support and Assist in the implementation of projects from its lifecycle.
• Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights.

JOB COMPETENCIES/ SPECIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technology courses with 3 years relevant experience in the technology or gaming industry.
• Sound understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in an agile and dynamic environment.
• Strong exposure to technology techniques and methodologies on multiple sets of projects.
