Integration Management Specialist

Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY 

The Integration Management Specialist is in charge of implementing integration solutions for clients and collaborate closely with data analysts, developers, database administrators, and quality assurance analysts to meet the client’s demands, requirements, and objectives regarding the System Integration process. The candidate should also understand and interpret API documentation. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your handled integrating clients. 
2. Preside meetings with integrating clients, including kick-off, system walkthrough, and other coordination and alignment meetings. 
3. Collaborate with IT and Business Compliance department to ensure timely and successful execution of our solutions according to what is required to integrating clients. 
4. Clearly communicate the progress of integration process, and any escalated issue that may arise during post-production operation. 
5. Prepare reports on client account status for different stakeholders. 
6. Assist and track challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. 
7. Performs other functions and acts that may be assigned from time to time as the business requires. 

JOB COMPETENCIES/ SPECIFICATIONS 

• Basic knowledge on API process and documentation. 
• Ability to understand and use technical terms related to API-driven integration, system setup, system testing. 
• Proven work experience as client facing integration specialist (at least 3 years). 
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. 
• Excellent listening, comprehension and presentation abilities. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino languages. 
• Knowledgeable on online casino system is an advantage. 
• Must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or an equivalent qualification.
